Custom circuit boards from schematic to manufacturing files. Designed by the same team that writes the firmware, so the board works on the first build.
What you get
We design the whole board: schematic, component selection, layout and the files your manufacturer needs.
Components are chosen for availability as much as for specs. A board that can't be sourced is not finished.
Every design gets a bring-up plan and test points. We stay with you while the first boards come to life.
Scope
Design
From block diagram to a routed board, with the firmware team in the room from day one.
Engineering
The parts of a board that decide whether it works in the field, not only on the bench.
Delivery
Everything a factory needs to build and test the boards, and support when they arrive.
Selected work
A 20 kW (40 kW peak) motor driver with isolated gate drivers, CAN and Ethernet, taken from schematic to production.
View project
A compact STM32 controller with Single Pair Ethernet and 24 V valve control on a 40 × 48 mm board, rated for 70 °C.
View project
An ultra-low-cost night light designed for US safety requirements, now manufactured at scale.

Altium Designer and KiCad. You receive the native project files, not only the outputs, so your team can continue the work.
Yes. We often start from a prototype or a legacy board that needs a redesign, a cost reduction or a replacement for an obsolete part.
Yes. Most of our boards run our own firmware. Designing both together removes most of the surprises at bring-up.
A simple board takes a few weeks. A complex multilayer design with power electronics or RF takes two to four months, including prototypes.
Your project
Send us a block diagram, a spec or a photo of the current prototype. We come back with questions and a plan.
