Privacy policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data AT Systems collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

AT Systems is an electronic product development company based in Serbia. We are responsible for the data described here. You can reach us at info@at-systems.tech.

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company (optional), the services, budget and timeline you choose (optional), a link to files (optional) and your message.

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The site stores one setting in your browser, your language choice (EN or SR), so it does not ask again. That setting never leaves your device.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare an offer and run the project. The legal basis is your request to be contacted and steps taken before entering into a contract. We never sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Who processes it for us

  • Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any web server it briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
  • Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

Some of these providers may process data outside Serbia and the EU, under their own data protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within two years. If we work together, project correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the project and our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email info@at-systems.tech and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country; in Serbia that is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above.
